Delivery Policy:

• For Subsequent re-delivery will be charged at RM 30.00 per delivery per location.
• No deliveries on Saturdays after 6pm & Sunday.
• Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and that someone is available to receive the item. In most circumstances, we would leave the item with the recipient's neighbours, colleagues, doorstep or whichever possible, unless otherwise instructed. Otherwise, the gift will be returned to office to arrange for another delivery date and time. A surcharge of RM 30.00 will be imposed for each re-direction of orders.
• We seek for your kind understanding that request for specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers delivery routes scheduled for that day.

Delivery Schedule:

* All time listed are in Malaysia Time (GMT +8).

* The delivery time may vary depends on the traffic conditions.

Delivery Area:

Kuching Town Area, Matang Residential Area, Batu Kawah Residential Area, Kota Sentosa, Kota Padawan, Jalan Penrissen Residential Area until Batu 8.

Non Delivery Area:

Serian, Bau, Sematan, Santudong, Damai, Lundu, Sampadi, Kota Samarahan, Desa Ilmu, Jalan Penrissen Batu 8 above and all out of Kuching Area.

Additional Delivery Information:

If your delivery address is out of Kuching Town Area, the delivery charge will be RM 30.00 to RM 50.00 & Our Customer Service Officers will be contacting you shortly to process the additional charge.
